I work on the lab’s big simulation project of the evolution of transcriptional networks. I have finished up some improvements to the statistical mechanics of how we simulate rapid transcription factor binding and unbinding, and am now debugging the complete code. I hope to get successful in silico evolution by natural selection in the system running on the cluster soon.
