- Last day to use UAccess to
- Add/change classes or sections
- Change from pass/fail grade
January 20, 2012
- Begin $25 course late drop fee
- UAccess only available to drop courses
- Change of Schedule form required to add/change class
- Registration from 0 units requires Change of Schedule form with instructor and Dean’s signature
January 24, 2012
- Last day to receive refund for drop in units or complete withdrawal
February 1, 2012
- Last day to increase units without $250 late fee
February 7, 2012
- Last day to:
- Use UAccess to drop
- Drop without a grade
- Change from pass/fail to regular grade with Change of Schedule form
- File GRO
February 8, 2012
- Change of Schedule form with instructor's signature required to drop a class, change from graded to audit, or change from pass/fail to regular grade
