Open Lab Position in Dr. Todd Vanderah’s Lab!

The Vanderah Lab is currently looking for an undergraduate assistant to work with a graduate student on a project that involves animal handling and surgery, primary and immortalized cell culture methods and some molecular techniques.  The research area is cancer and cancer-induced bone pain.

The position is available for pay ($8/hour).  This position extends Spring semester 2012 into summer, however the student is welcome to stay with the lab longer if they are compatible with the research.  Hours are at least 10 per week with a maximum of 30, and it is preferable if the student is always available on Fridays (surgery day).
